(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 5, after the expiry of the time for candidates to withdraw their names, the election officer shall prepare the list of the remaining candidates as prescribed and publish one copy of such list in his office immediately and send one copy to the commission.
(2) The name of the candidate shall be written in Nepali alphabetical order in the list according to sub-section (1) and if there is a candidate nominated by any party, the name of such party shall also be mentioned in the address written in their nomination paper.
